In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the jp788 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account. jp788 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and Indonesian consumer protection standards.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access to the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions is not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under the direction, on behalf of, or for the benefit of any third party when registering or using your Account.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether applied through jp788 or through any other recognised responsible gaming programme.
• Not a jp788 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and agents of jp788 and its affiliated companies, and members of their immediate households, are not permitted to maintain a Player Account or place Wagers on the Platform.

To access the full range of features on the Platform, including the ability to deposit funds, place Wagers, and request withdrawals, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on jp788. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. jp788 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jp788 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other party. Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Currency: All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion service is provided.

jp788 is committed to operating a secure, compliant platform and applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity of all Players. KYC verification may be requested at the time of registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other point during the lifecycle of your Account.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, where requested

jp788 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24 hours from the point at which all required documents have been successfully submitted. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification. jp788 will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that arise from a Player's failure to provide complete and legible documentation in a timely manner.

5.1 Deposits

jp788 supports deposits via the following methods, all transacting in IDR:

• Indonesian bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri
• Digital wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, higher-value deposits may trigger additional verification steps. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source account, less any applicable bank processing fees.

jp788 does not charge deposit fees. Processing times are typically under five minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) and near-instant for e-wallet deposits. jp788 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player's Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. jp788 processes withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB on the same business day; requests submitted after that cut-off will be processed on the following business day.

jp788 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. In addition, jp788 may impose a proportional withdrawal hold on any funds equivalent to an active bonus where wagering requirements have not yet been satisfied.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. jp788 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 20.000 to dormant accounts, debited from the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.

jp788 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. The following general conditions apply to all jp788 promotions:

• No Cash Equivalent: Bonuses have no cash equivalent and may not be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn as real-money funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.

The following general betting rules apply across all wagering products offered on the jp788 Platform. Product-specific rules for the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and sabung ayam (live cockfighting) markets are published in the relevant product sections of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A Wager is accepted only upon jp788's confirmation that the bet has been successfully placed. Bets that are pending, queued, or that fail due to insufficient Balance or system error are not binding on jp788.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product, market, and Player tier. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. jp788 reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to any Player Account without prior notice.
• Odds Changes: Pre-match odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that Wager. In-play odds fluctuate continuously and are processed at the odds available at the moment of system acceptance.
• Palpable Errors: jp788 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were the result of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"). In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Void Bets: A Wager may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, or where a market is suspended prior to full settlement. Specific voiding conditions are set out in the relevant product rules.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the additional condition that if any leg is voided, that leg will be treated as a non-runner and removed from the accumulator; the remaining legs will continue to stand. A mix parlay with only one remaining non-voided leg will be settled as a single.
• Settlement: jp788 will use all reasonable efforts to settle markets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event. Settlement is based on official results from recognised governing bodies. jp788 reserves the right to delay settlement where the official result is under review or protest.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jp788 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Using the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by means of a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place, cancel, or manage Wagers without human interaction
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any third party to exploit bonus terms, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting any software bug, game error, or technical malfunction on the Platform, whether discovered accidentally or deliberately sought
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts under different identities to claim the same promotion

• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or market data
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss of any nature, even if jp788 has been advised of the possibility of such loss

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, jp788's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any and all claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Termination by jp788

jp788 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• A regulatory or compliance requirement necessitating closure
• The Player being identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or appearing on a sanctions list

In cases of termination for cause, jp788 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the Account Balance pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any eligible real-money Balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method during the closure process.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have under Indonesian consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by agreement.

jp788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jp788 will provide advance notice to affected Players via email or an on-platform notification no less than seven calendar days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date. Accounts closed in connection with a material terms change will have eligible real-money Balances returned without penalty.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, or updates to contact details — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
